We build smart processes.

We deliver savings.

We write clear policies.


But if the business doesnโ€™t see the ๐ ๐š๐ฆ๐ž-๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž,

๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐.


Early in my career, I pitched what I thought was the perfect sourcing strategy:

This wasnโ€™t just a strategy. It was my pitch for credibility.

I had the logic, but not the language.

They wanted agility, I gave them rigor.

Thatโ€™s when it clicked:

The more I worked cross-functionally, the clearer it got:

ย ๐Ÿ‘ฅ ๐€๐ฎ๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž - Legal โ‰  IT โ‰  Finance โ‰  OPS. We canโ€™t copy-paste our pitch.

ย ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ - If weโ€™re only visible when thereโ€™s a problem, we become the problem.


We donโ€™t need more process.
