A few weeks ago, I received my U.S. green card.

When I arrived, my son wasn’t even born.

Since then, life has moved fast: new culture, new systems, new expectations.

You just adapt and keep going.

No big announcement at work.

No one sees the paperwork, the deadlines, or the uncertainty.

But moments like this remind me:

  • Leading in a new country takes more than just showing up.

  • You’re rebuilding: language, instincts, trust.

  • It’s not just you: your partner, your family, your routines all adapt behind the scenes.

  • Some of the biggest milestones never make it onto your résumé.

I’m grateful to Groupe Rocher and Arbonne for the support along the way.

To everyone navigating big changes: You’re doing better than you think.
